Mayquest Pharmaceuticals (“MP”) is a private limited company registered in Singapore. Its founder is Ms Clare Isaac, a highly experienced business manager and lawyer. Ms. Isaac has, through MP, successfully secured the exclusive licensing rights in South East Asia for products developed by the Las Vegas company, Skinvisible Inc. Skinvisible is a publicly traded pharmaceutical research and development company (SKVI:OTCBB) which owns worldwide patents to some of the most innovative developments in polymer technologies and medical skincare formulations.
MP has not only secured rights for the distribution of the highly effective DermSafe® hand sanitizer, but has also secured the right to manufacture, using the Invisicare® polymer technologies throughout the regions of Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and an option on Australia and New Zealand. This will enable the company to reduce costs of importation and product costs, by proceeding with a local manufacturing system.
The company has a limited number of private investors and does not plan to go public. The company has its main offices in Market Street, Singapore and is looking to build and grow its brand throughout Asia and then through global partnerships, leveraging the Invisicare® polymer system into other topical and pharmaceutical products.
